Refund policy

1. Eligibility for Refund
We accept refund requests for products that are unused, in original condition, and returned with all accessories and documentation. Customized, special-order, or made-to-order products are not eligible for refunds unless required by law.

2. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our customer service within 14 days of delivery with your order number, photos, and reason for the request.

3. Inspection & Approval
Returned items will be inspected upon receipt. Refunds are approved only if the product meets our return criteria.

4. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7–14 business days of approval.

5. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Damaged or Defective Products
If a product arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately. We will cover shipping costs and provide a full refund or replacement.
